How far in advance should I book my appointment?
While we recommend booking 24 hours in advance for optimal scheduling, we accept bookings up to 4 hours before your desired appointment time, subject to availability.
What areas in Thailand do you service?
We currently provide home services in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, and Koh Samui. Contact us to confirm coverage in your specific location.
What should I prepare for a home service appointment?
Simply ensure you have a clean, comfortable space with access to a power outlet. Our professionals bring all necessary equipment and products for your treatment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments only via credit cards, debit cards, and all major payment methods. You can choose to pay 100% online when booking, or pay a 30% deposit online with the remaining balance due in cash to your service provider upon arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
We prefer 24 hours notice for cancellations, but you may cancel up to 4 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that if we request necessary information for your appointment and receive no response, preventing our professional from providing the service, the deposit will also be retained.
